Chef Christian was born in Phoenix Arizona. As young as nine months old he showed
an interest in food; he loved to eat fresh lemons!
At the young age of 10 he began cooking for his family; especially since his mother
traveled a lot on business.
At 12 he and his mother wrote his first cookbook, The Special Cookbook by Christian and Mommy,
with their favorite recipes. It sold 10 copies! A big deal for a 12 year old.
When he was 16, he and his mother started taking cooking classes together and Chef Christian
really took to it. Most of the students in the classes were older than he but he didn't care.
He enjoys talking to anyone.
Chef Christian moved to Hawaii and attended Gros Bonnet Culinary Academy where he graduated from
the Culinary Arts Classic Cuisine program.
After working for a year at a fine dining restaurant in Volcano Hawaii, Chef Christian moved back to Arizona and
is now working at a resort as a banquet chef in Scottsdale Arizona. Chef Christian will be your
personal chef, offers cooking classes in your home, or catering.
