The King's Fisherman Stew

1 lb medium shrimp
1 lb Alaskan King Crab legs
1 lb cod
(If you cannot get cod you need to use a firm white fish.)
2 eggs, hardboiled
1/2 box angel hair pasta
2 cups heavy cream
2 cups milk
6 tbs butter
6 tbs flour
1 box frozen sweet green peas
I package (roll) of ritz crackers
juice of one lemon (optional)
Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees.
Cook the shrimp, crab, and cod. Remove shells from crab and tails from shrimp. Set aside.
Cook the angel hair pasta, al dente.
Make the sauce:
Melt the butter in a heavy bottom pan.
Stir in the flour.
Add the milk and cream stirring as you add.
Bring to a boil. Adjust with milk if the sauce seems too thick.
In a very large bowl or pot, mix the pasta, seafood, sauce, and frozen peas together.
Add the lemon, if desired.
Butter a large casserole dish.
Pour stew into the casserole dish.
With a rolling pin, crush the roll of ritz crackers down to fine crumbs.
Sprinkle the crackers over the stew.
Place small dabs of butter on top of the crackers.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
Enjoy!
