Princess Vera Chocolate Squares

4 oz bittersweet chocolate
8 oz unsweetened chocolate
5 eggs, extra large
1/2 c water
1 1/3 c sugar
2 sticks unsalted butter, melted
4 oz semi-sweet chocolate

Boil the sugar and water together in a medium, heavy bottom saucepan.

Using a blender or food processor, mix the unsweetened and bittersweet chocolate together until it is in small bits.
Stop the mixer, add the sugar water. Mix.
Stop the mixer, add the butter. Mix.
Stop the mixer, add the eggs. Mix.
Blend until smooth.
Line and 8 inch square dish/pan with wax paper.
Pour mixture into dish.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Once chocolate has baked, let cool.
Melt the semisweet chocolate in a heavy bottom pan. Pour over cooled chocolate.
Let cool.
Cut into squares and serve with whipped cream.
